Can a building and its public surrounding co-operate and be designed in such a way that the two can be used flexible coherently? Nothing private except the building envelop, developing the city as the livingroom.

This question arose while researching the masterplan of Kop van Isselt. Reading its design principles, focus points and shared ambitions in the ‘engament‘ bookled.

So the journey began while writing down the key points of the masterplan, different paths within flexibility and leads from the location of the plot.
